court today was......interesting.....the Psycoligist report came back that my son was competent enough to stand trail.. but his lawyer said .He is still waiting for the report  from her.to say weather he can tell the differance between.. truth and fantisty ..or reality... ( there is big questions of weather he can do that or not because He had admitted to alot of stuff he didnt do..and been proven he hadnt.....) .nothing new there that i hadnt already new before hand.....but but but  they LOST my son confession...it was on a cd. they had taped it...and his lawyer had requested it 3 times and they still havent given it to him.....so He has a warrent issued  for it ..and they have to produce it before friday.... my son charges are mostly are  because of what he said on that cd.... If ..they cant find it....and turn it into the courts by friday...he will not do any prison time...and there is a good chance...when they have the pre trail on Aug 1, that he could come home....now i am way ahead of myself...i have told myself not to get excited ...or even think it was possible........but . its the first time i had any hope..... i was also told...that when my husband goes into surgery..that i could call the jail and they would pass the message on to tim....and if the surgery dont go well.....they would get him and let him speak to me on phone....and also......depending on how serious it is....they could even bring him to see him.......he said for medical emergancys they will help out..where they can....
