When I have a really bad one and I dont have any meds I just lay under the covers for awhile.. I try to take a half a pill when I think one might be starting than they are easier to handle.

I have felt the same way for a very very long time, i cant even remember the first time it happened,@ one time it kind of went away or so i dont it did, but before longh it was back all over again, i have not been able to drive by myself for more then 3yrs now.

Close Anxiety
I had my first panic attack 8yrs ago. At one point had my husband drive me to a in-patient facility and begged them to take me in. They recognized my problem but did not admit me. During much better but just had an attack after over 2yrs of no attacks.
Close Panic Attacks
Suffering attacks for 8yrs. Been doing great but just had attack after 2yrs attack free. Little depressed and feeling of dread.
Treatments
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Takes a lot and you have to give yourself constant feedback.
- Xanax Working / Worked
- Be very careful, while it works during the attack it can become addictive.
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- Went off for three months but going back on due to recent attack.
