iam a 35 years old man whos heart has been crushed.I left my wife and filed for a divorce after finding emails that another man had been sending her telling her that he loved her and couldnt live without her. My heart is hurt but i have also done wrong and iam very unhappy. I sure could use some advice and help.

my wife and i have just got divorced we were having problems.She had been playing games on pogo with a friend and i think things got blowed out of hand.i saw some messages that he had sent her and he was telling her that he loved her and was asking her if her feelings that she was telling him was true.He was telling her that he couldnt live without her and i was told that they had planned on meeting each other. But she told me that that was a lie.please help me.
