i,m getting there a bit each day now,not so much salad stuff just more fruit now and fruit juice ,lots of chicken and rice no cake or sweets,but use to that as not had them before as diabetic.and lean meat and smaller portions now, the best is a cesar salad with low fat dressing but a treat on top a few by few i mean 2 and a ting piece of parmisan cheese
