my name is ben, i'm 22 and having had insomnia for nearly 4 years, i'm getting a little tired of it. it has basically removed me from myself, my work, my university life, my love, my friends and family. basically insomnia has ruined a lot of things for me and put my life on hold for a long time. but i'm optimistic and i'm going to kick its arse and look back with wisdom i'm sure. instead of wallowing, i have decided to make a film about insomnia and how it affects people's daily lives to show to people who don't understand. this is for my final uni work and i'd love to talk to people with similar issues!!
