sorry i havent been on for a while either. I just got out of hospital yesterday. I just had my second Laproscopy and I feel better well for now lets hope it stays that way. Thinking of u!!!

Close Panic Attacks
i have been suffering from panic attacks since i was a teen i just didnt know what it was, i put it down to lack of sleep or not enough to eat. but they have got alot worse since i have had my first daughter 5 years ago. sometimes they can last for days. i cant sleep and i feel so ill. i feel like i cant get any help because the doctors dont take it as a real illness. i get so bad sometimes i want to go hospital but i feel stupid so i dont. it would be nice to talk to someone who understands.
