Close Pulmonary Embolism
Diagnosed with multiple bilateral Pulmonary Embolisms in 10/07. Had TPA, heparin and Coumadin. Never stopped coumadin therapy, dianosed with more multiple bilateral PE's in April 08.
Treatments
- Heparin Working / Worked
- Worked while in hospital, received IV along with oral coumadin.
- Lovenox Not Working
- Took along with oral coumadin. Developed large bruised areas, INR intially went down. 2.1, one week later 1.8, one week later 1.9 without diet or other changes. Developed allergic reaction to the Lovenox
- Coumadin Working / Worked
- Thought it was working although six months after initial diagnosis INR was not within therapeutic ranges and developed more PEs
Close Diabetes Type 1
Diagnosed with IDDM July 1991, highly insulin resistent and have been. Tried several different treatments regiments
