Doing very well...decided that my Starbuck's frappacino is staying for now. Lunch and dinner: low fat meats (no red meat), dinner-fish or a soy milk and fruit and ice shake....protein powder in water during the day...I am determined to get this 10 lbs off.....My goal is 162, and I know that I can do it, whether I exercise or not...it starts and ends with what I eat!!! Wish me luck...I am planning to check in and discuss my progress....How is everyone?




Wishing you luck!! I think you get plenty of exercise! I can tell by the way your always running around..10lbs, off I say! By the way, what is low fat meats not being red meat? Excuse my ignorance. Love and Light, Donna

I can't quite relate yet with having to watch what I eat. I'm only 2 months post-op so I can only hold a little. I hate to say it, but I'm almost looking forward to being able to handle eating a little too much. :)
