So glad to hear Arthur isn't acting up with all the extra stress and he even didn't strike when you wanted to beat yourself up for not trusting your instincts sooner! How cool is that?!? Thanks for the great jibjab site. Made me laugh today! ((hugs))marcia
That is good. And you're right; very scary. Notice that it's almost a year old. This years artic ice measurements actually came in slightly higher than last year's record (more ice, that is), so I'm sure we'll hear more junk from the nay-sayers, but el nino is apparently responsible. Now, if we good find a way to harness el nino's...
Thanks for pointing out Ted.com in the discussion thread, Cheryl. I have wandered there, and there really is some amazing stuff. I first got there thru Al Gore. Have you spent much time there? Any favorites? Doug
Hi Saavik! My son is in 2nd grade too. SO far so good but he is bored. That can be a big problem too! I wish you the best. It is heartbreaking when there are school issues. My sister-in-law was in tears yesterday because my oldest niece didn't want to go to school and was crying and begging to not go because she had no friends and couldn't read yet. There should be a support group for those kind of issues!! Well I hope it gets better for you! Don't stress too much, it's not good for you Hugs!!!! Vicki
