New Job Mood
Wednesday, August 13, 2008
I haven't written in a while or been on the site. Wrapping up the old job, training, and coordinating the office construction and move to the new office has been very tiring to say the least.   I started my new position this week.  I'm feeling a little overwhelmed and over my head.  I feel there are some high expectations that I'm a little nervous about meeting.  I'm sure with time everything will fall into place, but for now I'm feeling anxious.  Like a fish out of water. My eating has been okay.  I haven't been exercising as I'm  exhausted when I get home from work.  I went to Las Vegas over the weekend with friends, which was a perfect distraction from work.  I had a blast.

I believe all new jobs bring on nerves that we don't even know we have. Hang in there you will feel more comfortabel soon! Hope you hit bit while you were in Vegas. Not that I have any room to talk but they tell me that exercise will energize you even when you think you're exhausted. Good luck with the new job!
