Well I knew it was coming but just didnt know when hubby us away for a lovely weekend but I knew that I would be paying for it soon and today is the day I am so tired I could cry when I eventually woke this morning after the alrm going off I dont know how many times I crawled out of bed and it took all my strength to get the kids sorted and ready for school. It's times like these I realise how chronic fatigue can really make you feel down and fed up and cross with yourself because you have so much to do but you physically can't muster the energy to pick up the kettle it really gets me down so today has been a real battle one saving grace was I met 2 of my best friends for a coffee and they cheered me up and kinda gave me the strenght to muster through the rest of the day well take care all x
