Norma, I know how sad you are about not having Mark there and it's so hard for you right now. I see you making changes in your life that are good for you. You're putting yourself first and that's the best thing you can do right now to get through all of this. I see your strength in the decisions you are making even if you don't feel that strength yet. Sometimes it's easier for someone else to see how well you are doing than you can yourself. It will get a little easier, just a bit at a time. And that's all any of us can hope for right now.
