About Me
I'm a 42 year old woman- mom to 4 fantastic kids. Married for 18 years to an emotionally and abusive man. That kind of crept up on me. Looking back, of course, I can see- but couldn't see it at first. Started having light-bulb moments when I was taking our youngest (7) to a psychologist for adhd and after talking to him, she would start asking me about my husband. Then a friend pointed me here, thankfully. I'm working up to leaving him- for me, after all of these years, it is definitely a process.
Interests
books- mystery and cook books. Music, especially My Chemical Romance and the Beatles. I'm trying to teach my self to crochet, may have to take lessons, though!

I'm 42 years old and mom to 4. In the 18 years I've been married I have gained 100 pounds. Recently I found out that I have Celiac and lost 25 when I went gluten free. Now working one losing another 50- I was too skinny when I got married.
Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- Added a lot of fruit and veggies.
- Eat Less Working / Worked
- Using smaller plates and bowls. It is working.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- started walking a lot.
