Hey! Welcome to DS. You'll find it's a great community and lots of great people here. I grew up in Alabama and know what you mean about the humidity (from your comment on Weather). Just so you know, I live in Nebraska for the past 17 years and still hurt when the weather changes. But I think it would be worse yet if i still lived in Alabama. Hi, Welcome! I've been on DS about a year now, have lots of friends on here and have gotten lots of info. I have Arthritis too, fingers are the worst, can't bend them much anymore. Also have it in my neck and hips. Some days it's not so bad but other days cannot do much with my hands, pain is so bad. Don't really take any meds, nothing seems to help much. Hope you like us here on DS........

- take advil, and 600mg of ibuprofen. nothing helps very much....
