      In the past year or so, I have been suffering from anxiety, and it is interfering with my daily life.

      Treatments

      Paxil Not Working
      Just made me gain a lot of weight, which is NOT helping with my anxiety!
      Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
      I keep trying, but it's a struggle.
      St. John\'s Wort Working / Worked
      Xanax Somewhat Helpful
      It works, but I try to use it only when absolutely necessary, because it makes me sleepy and I don't want to become dependent on it.

      I had a miscarriage in 01/2007, and it still affects me daily.
