Curves and Walking Mood

Well believe it or not, I have actually been walking alittle everyday. I am going to Curves every other day for now. I might go more once I get used to it.  I have been really watching my eating. I am trying to stay around 1500 calories a day.  My mood has not really got any better though.  I still feel really down and I don't know why. I still do not have one ounce of energy.  I have to make myself go walking.

I am in a challenge at TOPS this week. I hope that I win. I hope that if I don't win I at least lose 2 pounds because then my $5.00 dues will at least get paid. 

I guess that is all for now. Tomorrow will be super hard for me because not only is it the 4th of July, but it's my mom's birthday which means birthday cake. I am usually the one that makes the cake though, so I think I might make a diet soda cake. They taste better than regular cake anyway. I think I will use lite cool whip instead of icing and strawberries and blueberries for the decorations. I always try to make her patriotic birthday cakes since it is the 4th of July.

So wish me luck around all of that good food!!

    GIRL, I FEEL THE EXACT SAME WAY! AND JUST CANT SEEM TO SNAP OUT OF IT! I DONT KNOW WHY IM DOWN EITHER! I THINK SOMETIMES THE PRESSURE WE PUT ON OURSELVES JUST MAKES US EAT MORE AND FEEL EVEN WORSE! VICIOUS CYCLE! I HOPE YOU HAVE A BETTER DAY!
