Need information from others with Gliblastoma
Hi All,
I would love to hear from others who have had or have loved ones or know about Glisblastoma multiforme brain tumors.
It seems the doctors …
is feeling OK
I am 54 years old and my husband is 56, he has a glioblastoma multiforme, he is expected to live 14 months. They removed the tumor but it left him paralyzed on the right side. He had radiation and a month of chemotherapy. He seems to be going downhill quickly though. His surgery was 2/19/08 and he is now having seizures, headaches edema in hands and legs. His cognitive skills seem to be declining.

Hope you are doing ok
hugging you tightly. hoping you will have the courage to be strong and there for your husband as he travels this road. I was blessed to be able to walk this road with my husband. I did for him what i knew i would want him to do for me. God bless you and keep me posted if you can. I will be here waiting for news as to his condition. Whatever you can share whenever you are able. Don't push yourself. Let others help you both when you need it. The hospice people are very good and will assist you when it is time. God bless you both. Becky
