Hi first of all congratulations on your quit that was brilliant. Your problem now is you are feeling full of guilt because you started again, and that is a natural feeling, and its one I over the years have experienced a few times. The truth is and let this be a warning to anyone else who is on the brink, you will never ever enjoy smoking again, you know to much about the harm it does. Now they do say ignorance is bliss, and in some ways I believe that to be true, well as far as smoking is concerned you are no longer in the land of bliss, so you will never have any peace again while you smoke. The only way to attain that wonderful feeling of freedom, and yes peace within yourself, is to never smoke again. good luck Viv
