About Me
I am 48yrs old just finishing having 6weeks of intense radiation treatment and preparing to go home to my family which is so wonderful.They are seven hours away so i\'m counting..... I have 4 beautiful children and married to a very wonderful man , fit and healthy and and up until 4months ago worked fultime as a Disability trainer and a very healthy active sports competing dragon Boat paddeller. Enjoy gardening , watching sport , love music , married to a musican trained for many years in Karate and just love life slightly hyperactive ... so all my friends say !!! and was diagnosed only in November with a Benign Brain tumor. Just discovered Daily Strength so here i am !!

Close Brain / CNS Tumors
: MeningiomaCame home from Adelaide in October after competing in the Masters games brought back silver yippeeee and just didnt feel right, I had a very difficult pregnancy 5yrs ago with my son and now the doctors believe that was the start of my tumor. So for the last 5yrs my body has been trying extremely hard to fight the demon and now with my radiation treatment we hope and pray that we have put the demon to bed !!!!
Treatments
- Radiotherapy Too Soon to Tell
- Only just had first 26 treatments and believe it will WORK, some side effects but over all coped really well.
