Well long story shot... she and her lawyer didn't show up today.
I had brought many witness's and documents to support my wants and needs concerning my daughter. It was a big let down.
My lawyer said that he thinks that she will comply with some of the demands that I'm asking for. He also said that she wants to sit for another mediation....lol yea right... last time it cost me 1600.00 and we got nothing resolved.... don't think I will be coming back to the mediation table anytime soon..... I will take my chances in the courts at least they will listen to reason.

Sorry things didn't work out for you today. Doesn't your ex want to have things finalized? By not showing up, what does that say for her? And then you think she wants to go back to mediation? Right!!! Dpesn't sound like she wants anything except what SHE wants.
