Type: Improve overall fitnessI've been really good about being in the gym 5 days a week for years now....if not in the gym...outside running.. Now - I just can't figure it out but I've lost interest and I'm starting to feel horrible. I just can't seem to get the same rush from working out.
Treatments
- Elliptical Trainer Working / Worked
- works, and I stick to it...but so insanely boring!!!!
- Running Working / Worked
- It worked until I busted my right knee and now I'm lopsided. I also suffer from lower back pain and have seen too many doctors to say...but no answers...
