met my friend today in the town.shes been diagnosed with parkinsons disease.it s not the end of the world but its been quite upsetting for her.shes walking real slow.sometimes her foot locks ,it did today.and she gets the shakesquite a bit.she cant go into town on her own at the min as her symptoms arent under control.so it was nice just to support her while she had a look round the shops.we did have a laugh today.she reckons her brain scans come back normal.i was like what.theyve actually found 1.lol.then guess what a seagull pooed on me trousers.yuk.we couldnt stop laughing.i was like people shit on me al my life now the birds are starting.lol.then she turned round and i started laughing.it had hit her aswell on her jacket.so heres me and her walking round town coverd in birds poo.well over here they say shit for luck.so we both put a lottery ticket on.lol.you heard it here 1st if i win.lol.dont think it s quite true but you never no

it sounds like you had a great day with her! tell her to keep her head up. My grandmother has parkinsons and she is doing ok. Shes' had it for a long time and she is doing great. affects people differently. as long as she tries to excersize and do as much as she can. and eat well!
