Okay ladies here are the goals I have recieved already. Please post as I am keeping track. Stacey will be under 300 …
So far so good and Im keeping on track. I have gone for at least one walk a day some days two and I'm now into day 4. I have began to think about what I put into my mouth before i do so and that seems to be working as well.
I wil have to keep looking at small changes to help me reach my goal.

Sounds like you are doing great. Keep up the good work. I am just now getting back on track myself with tracking every morsel I eat and watching my carbs and fats.
