Close Eczema
Currently in first flare of dyshidrotic eczema. Started approx. 4/15/08.
Treatments
- Betamethasone (Topical) Working / Worked
- Helped with itch. Seemed to dry hands out a bit.
- Eucerin Working / Worked
- Love the Calming Creme as well as the Aquaphor products! Very moisturizing. No side effects.
- Evening Primrose Oil Somewhat Helpful
- Smells weird. Seemed to moisturize a bit but not much effect on redness/itch
- Hydrocortisone Working / Worked
- Prescription strength helped with itch and redness during bubble-stage
- Melaleuca Tea tree oil Working / Worked
- Really helped with itch and redness. Strong smell of juniper/eucalyptus/pine. No side effects.

- Had shots in the past. Considering for better control of allergies.
- Sudafed Working / Worked
- Best thing for stuffiness, even if you have to get it from the pharmacy
- Zyrtec Too Soon to Tell
- Switching from Claritin to Zyrtec. No improvement yet.
