Hi im back been down in the dumps for a while.

the kids are back at college and school and hubby at work im at home with my dogs doing housework and getting fit i hope. but it is nice to have someone to talk to now and again.

so any one out there want to chat i will be hear.

I fall in love with my husband more all the time.

anyway i feel good this weekend i have had lots of food but the good ones.
