About Me
I lost my husband on March 27, 2008...we had been together for over 32 yrs... on Feb.11th we spend our 30th anniversary in the Dr.'s office...I'm having a very hard time coping with this loss...We were taking care of my parents and I still do...but, it's still not easy...even with their support...Our 2 daughters have been an excellent support...but, they are greiving themselves and I'm not there for them... they have their own families which is comforting to me...I just feel so alone....
Interests
At this time going to the Wellness Center to exercise when I can get the energy...before I enjoyed just being with my husband and family

Race was great. Enjoyed evbery minute-except traffic coming home. So bad that I never started the engine on the car for an hour. Arrived home @ 2AM-needless to say I fell asleep in church.

Thanks. Got home @ 2AM and up at 6 to walk the dog and check on elderly neighbor. Started dinner, finish after church @ daughters-she is solist today. Then dinner for all at my house. TTYL - Ernie

My husband died 7 weeks ago from a fast growing cancer...We were together for over 32 years and I'm finding it hard to cope with each day...He is on my mind every waking hour...I miss him so very much

- Grief Counseling Too Soon to Tell
- Last Wednesday I went to Hospice's grief counseling for the loss of a spouse...They showed a video produced by The Widowed Persons Service entitled "Grieving Successfully"...This woman said things that I really didn't want to hear, but I stayed...It has been harder on me since that session
