there is so many nice people writing me, thank you I the good will is so nice, maybe it will help keep me on my path to weight loss and learning a new way to eat other than the good old southern way, beans, corn bread, fried potatoes, with onions fried salt pork, southern fried chicken, coming from the south all women are taught to cook with tons of oil or lard, and it is sooo good, but thos days are over, maybe once a year iI make this anymore.

Has anyone else noticed that get togathers seem to always include eating, Americans are killing there selfves eating, fast food is killing our kids and us.

I could go on and on but that is enough of that.
