    I was diagnosed in February. It was a total shock. They were testing me looking for something else. I walked into the doctor's office one day and he casually said "you have diabetes." I feel like I am in this alone. It is not that my family isn't supportive, they just don't understand the seriousness of it.

    Interests

    I love being outside, usually gardening or with my camera.
