      So sorry for your painful experience. You can bounce back from this, just take care of yourself. When I'm at a bad place and hurt, I think about how animals are in nature, when damaged they go to a quite place to rest and heal. You need some healing time right now, do what ever you need to care for yourself, priority number 1. Blessings
