Close Stuttering

I am the mother of a beautiful son that stutters sense he was three, and he is very aware of his speech problem and I can see how this is affecting his social life and how crul and insensitive people can be towards him and this hurts a lot. As a parent I would like to be with my son 24/7 but I can't and I hurts me to know what he goes through every day and how can I put a stop to this, please help me.

Patience Working / Worked

It works at times but when he get excited he starts to stutter badly or when he is upset it gets worse.

Speech Therapy Working / Worked

ADrian has been in speech therapy sense he was in pre-school and it was helping great in the first years of elemaentary school I guess the speech therapist had more time to spend with my child as the older he gets the less time they have. I had a private therapist too she was located in Tijuana and she was a help but for about two-four months it was onlu breathing techniques and that got very expensive.

It works at times not all the time is it effictive though
