Hi to all my Friends I went to the my Oral Surgen today for tests results from a biopsy I had last week the results are Lichen Planus its a weird disease that effect only 1 to 2% of the General Population and of course I would have to be in that percentage my mouth has sores all over, its raw, and it hurts it can be caused from stress,Food allergies,systemic illness,Gentetic Tendendacy,alterd immunity,and It is a Flare up thing mine has been in a Flare for over 3 months I am praying the oral mouth med the Dr. gave will help and WHY? does everything with me have to be a FLARE!! my Fibromalgia is a FRICKEN FLARE Myofacial Sydrome is a FLARE what else is going FLARE!! ok I have been on for a while and I am tired and I'm In FFFFFFFuckin Flare with my Fibro and Myfacial. Good Night I pray I sleep well................................................................................................SHIT!!

Holy Crap! Hopefully soon you will start getting things under control. Learning what works when can be time consuming but eventually you will get to where you have more control over the flares. Keeping as stress free as possible I am sure will be a biggy. HUgs and hope your mouth settles down soon.
