well i seem to have hit some kind of plateau i'm working out regularly and eating as heathy as i can afford yet i can't seem to drop off any more wait i seem stuck at 138 guess i need to go bk to 6 days a week in the gym





No potatoes, No corn, No bread, and No cokes (especially diet cokes). This is tough but a must. If you have already eliminated these, then just have patience. Don't give up.
