Close Smoking Addiction & Recovery
I have tried to stop smoking 6 times over the last year and I'm very frustrated. I smoke about a pack a day and I'm getting a lot of pressure from my family. I have a lot of stress and smoke to relieve some.
Treatments
- Cold Turkey Not Working
- This method was horrible! I got sick!
- Nicotine Patch Working / Worked
- it works to help me to not get sick, but doesn't help the habit.
