ex shows up after 10 days Mood

Ex shows up today to tell me she has an apartment.....so.......she tells me she wants to talk. I keep with the one word answers until she decides to keep sticking me like a pin until I finally had enough. Had to leave house....she writes my daughters and tells them she wants to connect back with grandkids...both girls let her have it about the choices she has made....not me nor them .....take some resposibility for your actions,,,,Dad has fessed up about his failings...you should do the same. You hung us out to dry like dirty laundry and now you want to be friends..our Mom died two years ago when she chose her business over us. Leave Dad out of this...he didn't make the choices for us you did. Now pay the price of a lost family....that was there for you when you needed help....any kind of help!

well i hope she listened and thought about what they have said. i got to tell you i don't think my wife has the guts 1) to ask them to forgive and forget 2) to listen to anyone other than herself. must make you feel a little better knowing someone other than you told her she was wromg. hang in there my friend.

It says a lot about your parenting that your children could tell her how they really felt about her behavior and how it affected them. You did a good job of teaching them right from wrong -- too bad your wife wasn't listening. I think in time they may be able to have some sort of relationship with her but it is way too soon now, the wounds are still very fresh. BTW, smart of you to just walk away instead of just giving her the argument she's obviously looking for. She's going to want to bring you down to her level so she has a reason to hate you to justify what she did to you & your family.
