Type: Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)well i was dignosed when i was 18 and spent alot of time in psych units. have been very up and down! so many emotions. i dont know how im going to feel from one min to the next ... which is so frustrating and even more frustrating for others around me. It has made my life world turn upside down, but the one thing i have got out of it is im a more understanding person and i care for others so much :)

- Talking Not Working
- it didnt work for me, because it was just bringing everything back up again, and i was left thinking about it all on my own and i still felt no1 understood what i was going thro!
