      Type: Clinical (Major) Depression

      I'm 16 and i have been suffering with depression and manic stages mostly the depression is bothering me i am at the point to where i want to end my life. I looked for my closest friend aka a razor but it was rusted i suffer from OCD and cannot get these thoughts out of my head please help and let me know i am not alone!

      Treatments

      Meditation Not Working
      I did a class but my mind kept runing with thoughts.
      Psychotherapy Not Working
      Seroquel Somewhat Helpful
      It helped me sleep at night.
      Writing Not Working
      Zoloft Somewhat Helpful
