Workout Mood

Today I went to the gym and signed up for a class.  Since I ended up being the only person in the class, the instructor gave me a workout to do instead.  Now I know which weight machines I should be using and he told me that I can do cardio every day and strength-training every other day.  I ended up working out for an hour and a half on both strength-training and cardio.  I ache now, but I feel better.  I also stepped on the scale in the locker room and I've lost three pounds this week.
