  I had a fundopliation done one year ago and did well until I also had an episode of vomiting that caused the reversal. My reflux is worse than before and am now I will have the surgery again. I had a partial wrap the first time my surgeon say I will need a full wrap this time. I never had a problem swallowing after the first surgery only a real problem with gas in what my gastroenterologist termed pseudo irritable bowel which has been controlled with levbid. I hope I do not develope problems swallowing this time.

  You practically described what I feel like lately!! I just got done crying out a box of tissue and I am at my WITS end as well. I know we can both get through this. If we were happy and go lucky before, we can be that again. Keep your head up. Take it one day at a time. No achievement is too little to celebrate!

  keep your head up! go back to your docter or counselor and tell them how you are feeling and get some professional adivice to see if you need something different, meditation or breathing excercises, or try different medication. feel free to talk to me whenever you need. support is necessary for everyone!

  i tried to get you on the chat. thee is a positive link between GERD and hialtial hernia and panic and anxiety. the agro is a result of the fear of never knowing when it will happen and needing a safe place to stay calm. take care of the GERD adn such and the rest may resolve itself. i have cases that have. be well
