Well just wanted to give an update on curbing shopping. In the last three days I went to the store and bought three new blouses. I bought the blouses because I rationalized to myself that after cleaning out my closet, I needed to add color to my wardrobe and so I bought them but was not happy with myself because I still feel out of control. I am going to try harder and fight the urge next time because I really cannot afford it plus I really do not need anymore clothing. I feel good when I am shopping but then feel lousy when the bills come in and so I need to stop and will continue to try.

I am so proud of you for cleaning out your closet!!! Try not to be too hard on yourself for buying those blouses. I think you took many steps forward by donating your other stuff!!!!YEA YEA YEA!!!! Have you considered taking the new stuff back. Just a thought. Take care and hope you feel better soon.
