Close Obesity
i am 5 ft 7in tall weight 204 condiser myself obese.will like advise on losing atleast 20 pounds.
Close Diabetes Type 2
diabetic type 2 since 30 yrs.medications and exercise does help. hba1c now 6.9. wt 206 despite 3/4 days a week at gym. but happy to be at this stage at 69 and fully active physically.
