I wake up and take the lexapro and read a little bible and then take a xanax and wait for some relief from the gnawing anxiety, and it happens but makes me feel tired. I also have to adhere to another vitamin/diet regimen fromthe bariatric surgery. I should be happy I am down to 209 lbs. I have not beenthis light since high school, but I just can't get out of my own way. Anxiety about work, and providing for my family and just keeping a grip on reality cloud this sunny morning in Upper Michigan. The xanax does help and 9 days into lexapro I hear that sometime in the near future i will start getting relief from it.
I keep saying bible verses when I get out of hand, he is there, and I just need to be patient, hard to do when you feel like this.
I am trying to get out of my shell and do more for others.
Today is psalm 34-4 - I asked the Lord for help and he saved me from all my fears.
