Today was a really shitty day my boss is on my back a gain. I had a really bad headache and felt like I was going to puke.
I get yelled at for every thing I get yelled at for working over time but get yelled at for leaving early. Then I get yelled at for things not being done I get yelled at for not having any thing to do. I get yelled for asking for help but get yelled at for not asking for help. I get yelled at for not knowing how to do something that I was never told to do or shown how to do it.
I feel that anything and everything I do is wrong I have never been told hay that is great or good job.
My boss is so negative and mean. Like to day my boss says I am a bitch to day I am being a total bitch don’t any one talk to me then says I am going to blow up on some one I am just going to explode on some one I am just pissed off and being a bitch.
How do you work with some one who is so mean? And on top of that takes off all the time just says well I am being a bitch and don’t feel good so I am going home and leaves but If I request off a day or if I god for bid ever get really sick or my boys get sick I get snapped at and given mean looks all week.
There have been 4 people that were doing the job that I do know and finally they one day just quit and never came back I can’t imagine why?????
Not only that but the pay sucks too.
