So today is day 2. I will abstain from gambling by remembering the consequences if I gamble in that I will have no control over stopping or the amount of money I spend.  I will not gamble today.  I will go to a GA meeting at 1200 at the Gold Hill Church and will listen today in hopes of connecting to someone for a sponsor (temporary).  I missed the meeting last night but did get on the computer and visited online support.  I will continue to take care of myself and remember I am  a good person and I can kick this demon's ass.
