Started gambling about 17 years ago when I would be high on meth. Have been clean off meth over two years and started gambling again about 10 months ago.(without any meth). Have 2 sisters who are also compulsive gamblers. Have tried to quit on my own with little success. Would love to get involved in other support areas like on-line GA meetings. Please help

Diagnosed as bipolar II about 6 years ago. Always knew I was moody even as a child but never thought I had a mental illness. Did not figure it out until I was clean off all chemicals and was still having ups and downs and could not maintain any long term sobriety. Have taken several meds in the last +6 years. Going to start another new one-Geodon this weekend. Need support.
Treatments
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (Working / Worked) Works if I choose to use it. Especially turning my mind and remembering the pros and cons of behaviors. Also praying and distracting helps
