Close Fibromyalgia
I am a 54yr. old woman living on a Gulf Island off the coast of British Columbia, Canada. I have several health issues to contend with, some overlap synmptoms. Here is the list: 1. Fibromyalgia 2. Chronic Fatigue Syndrom 3. Diabetes Type 2 4. Sleep Apnea 5. Diverticulosis 6. Osteo Arthritis 7. Neck and lower back chronic pain due to oseophites protruding into spinal cord. 8. Trigger Finger 9. Chronic Schizo-affective and Bi-Polar disorders. 10. Vascular and early onset dementias.
Treatments
- Acupressure Somewhat Helpful
- Gives temporary relief sometimes
- Acupuncture Somewhat Helpful
- Dose nothing when I'm in acute pain except cause more pain from needles
- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- Hot tub therapy provides huge relief from pain for a few hours afteward. I do not have access to a hot tub at this time
- Cyclobenzaprine Considering
- Cymbalta Considering
- Morphine Working / Worked
- Takes the edge off muscular fibromyalgis pain quite well. Does not help arthritic pain. Side effect is terrible constipation so do not take as much Morphine as I'd like to
- Neurontin Not Working
- I need to try increasing dosage
- TENS Not Working
- No noticable relief
- Vitamin B12 Considering
