hi, I'm so glad you emailed me! IC is the worst.....I'm in a flare up right now because of hormones and stress this week.AHHH!! I'd love to help out nay way I can. I'm so glad I found DS Last November..it's been so helpful and the support is great!!!! Start writing In your journal...it's s great way to vent and people love to read them.It's a good way to get to know people. You can put your journal to a pravite setting so only "FRIEND" can read it. How is your day going???? I'm so glad to meet you! Take care~~~ I'm on here alot so email me anytime.

Close Interstitial Cystitis (IC)
I was diagnosed with ic about a year and a half ago. I was having severe stomach pain and noticed that I was going to the bathroom alot more. The doctors did an ultrasound for the pain and found multiple ovarian cysts and brushed it off as that. It took about six months before someone finally said it might be my bladder. I have tried multiple treatments and so far nothing and at the end of may I will be having a neurostimulater implated in my tail bone to try to help.

- hot tubs are the thing i do the most it relaxs me so much I sit in a hot tub about 2-3xs a day

- works until my tolerence goes up so some days I try not to take it so when i do take it it helps a little better

Open Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
I got my first dvt at the age of 20 it went the enter length of my left leg all the way up to the bottom of my breast bone. I got PE after that a few years later i had several more dvt's in my leg that caused severe veinous incompitancy and i now have to walk with a cane.

ever since i was younger I would fall asleep at inappropriate times at 17 it got worse my mom asked the doctor if it could be mono they said no i have delt with this for so many years not even knowing why or what it was. I just thought I was lazy I was finally diagnosed with narcolepsy in dec. its nice to know I am not that lazy.
