I don't know what it is ... I just cannot sleep. I've done everything I can think of to get the rest my body needs. I stopped drinking caffeinated beverages after 2 pm. I don't snack late at night anymore either.
I guess I'm just going to have to get my sleep whenever I can.

Well, I am about 40% finished with my office. I've shredded paper, sorted through junk mail and thrown out a lot of junk - stuff I haven't used in many years. Yayy!!

that's the path i chose too...but i do sometimes take tylenol pm...and it helps some. hope it gets better for you.
