SO...ALL I ATE TODAY WAS A SALAD :)

 

but i now feel 100% better about myself for being strong and not binging! everyone, update me on your diets!

    Oh Kayelle.... you REALLY, REALLY need to eat more. Please, be smart. You're just going to end up unhappy later on down the road if you dont do this the right way!! TRUST me... let me tell you a shot story. 2 and a half years ago I went on a no carb, no sugar, no fat diet - just meat and salady/vegetable things. I stuck to it for 2 months... I went from 165 lbs to under 140. I didnt do any exercise to lose weight. 6 months after I started going off the diet, I was gaining back the weight. This is actually when my binge eating started - and I've been gaining weight ever since, hitting my peak of 194. I'm now doing it the right way -- exercise. Healthy eating is different from a restrictive diet or not barely eating at all. I reeeeally dont want you ending up like me, gaining the weight back later. Please consider what I'm saying, because I'm saying all of this out of my caring for you. Love and HUGS,
