      Treatments

      Depakote Working / Worked
      Faith Working / Worked
I unknowingly ran in front of a truck and it obviously wasn't my time to die! God needs me here to be a wife and mother of our children. My faith in God means everything to me.
      Laughter Working / Worked
Definately belive laughter is the best medicine and that laughter is a gift from God. I have been through some horrific things but still manage to laugh and smile. Smile God loves you!
      Music Working / Worked
Paul Simon's music is amazing. I also listen to Kasey Chambers, Rod Stewart, Norah Jones. The talent is there, the words are audible and touch my soul. Matchbox 20 has given me my life back and the old hymns never cease to uplift, encourage and bless me.
      Pets Working / Worked
My dog is so loyal, faithful and loving. The unconditional love is immense, like God's. Patting her is theraputic and she has a funny nature so I laugh a lot at her. Laughter is the best medicine!
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      Prayer Working / Worked
Prayer is powerful. It's how we communicate to God. He communicates to us through his word, the Bible. Prayer is acknowledging God and praising him for the blessings he bestows on us. They are there, every day!

as a kid the slightest noise would bother me if I was in bed, e.g; t.v,snoring father, conversations rooms away... I think it's chronic but I manage to survive (or not so it seems as I am on DS for support!!) on little quality sleep.
