I absolutely HATE bed time. I just lie in bed for five hours before I fall asleep. I don't want to take sleeping pills because I don't want to have to. I should be able to train my body on a schedule. I think my problem is that I don't have much to do during the day. I have a lot of energy and nothing to do with it.

have you any idea why you have this problem? and how long has it been going on? I found it difficult to sleep for a few years, then when I started my anti-depressants, i hardly slept at all for a few weeks, but it settled down, and I now sleep ok...so it can get better :) I hope you find a way to solve it.

try melatonin--it's natural and helps. read a positive book before bedtime. get on a regular sleep schedule-same time each night. try not to stress. chamomile tea is helpful also. HTH ((hugs))--rae
